Is your site content up to date, engaging and encouraging your visitors to find out more. Do you have some recent blog articles talking about you and the services you provide. What about any specific SEO keywords, meta information and search terms present within the sites content. These are all important factors.
Design & User Experience
Does the website appeal to the user, is it too cluttered, not modern enough or there isn't any brand consistency. Can users easily navigate through the site to get to the information they want quickly. Does the website read well on all devices and have clear call to actions.
Performance & Speed
Google search rankings now consider your websites speed and performance as a critical factor as well as mobile responsiveness, so does your site take too long to load. Are the image optimised so they aren't too large and slow to render when viewing pages. Can your hotsing provide caching capabilities for the sites content to allow for more efficient loading
Security & Updates
Do you have an SSL certificate installed and setup so your site loads over secure HTTPS. Can you access full backups of your website in case of an issue, and have an up to date version of your CMS especially when using WordPress.
Analytics & Monitoring
Do you monitor your website visitors using Google Analytics, to see where they navigate to and the websites bounce rates and any broken links.
